Return & Exchange Policy

At Kyonara, your satisfaction is our priority.
If something does not feel perfect, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return/exchange process.
✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if the item meets all conditions below:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- All tags, stickers, and packaging (box, pouch, cards) must be intact
- The item must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or alteration
- A full unboxing video is mandatory to claim any defect/damage
📦 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Customised or personalised pieces
- Gift cards
- Items bought during a clearance sale / final sale
- Free gifts or promotional items
🛠 Return Process
Email us at support@kyonara.com with:
- Order ID
- Issue description
- Unboxing video
- Product photos
Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours.
- Reverse pickup is available for most pin codes.
- For locations where pickup is not supported, you may be asked to self-ship.
- Pickup attempts: 2 attempts.
Once we receive the product, it undergoes a QC check (2–3 working days).
After QC approval:
- Refund to original payment method (4–7 days), OR
- Exchange dispatch within 2–4 days
If QC fails due to damage, wear & tear, missing items, or misuse, the return will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you.
💸 Refund Details
- Prepaid Orders: Full refund to original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds issued as Store Credit or Bank Transfer.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and gift packaging fees are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchange Policy
You can exchange:
- Same product (size/design issue)
- Another product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid)
Exchange is processed only after QC approval.
❗ Important Notes
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories will not qualify.
- If the pickup attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the return may be cancelled.
- Intentional damage, used condition, or tampered packaging will lead to rejection.
- Kyonara reserves the right to approve or deny any return based on QC evaluation.
