Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

Delivery Time (India)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 working days
  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
  • Remote / Special Locations: 5–10 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, festivals, etc.).

  • Free Shipping on All Prepaid Orders.

  • COD may not be available for certain pin codes.

Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable:

  • The order may be returned to our warehouse
  • A re-shipment charge may apply

Please keep your phone reachable after placing the order.

❗ Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

Kyonara is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping details entered by the customer
  • Failed deliveries due to wrong or incomplete addresses

If your order returns due to incorrect address, you may need to pay reshipping charges.
